• Slow Down - Instead of getting caught up in the frenzy of life, prioritize and accept that whatever you accomplish is exactly what you are supposed to accomplish. Then, you can slow down and tune in to your intuition, your best tool for creative problem-solving.
• Acknowledge Your Thoughts - Your thoughts create your reality. If you allow negative thoughts to permeate your life, you will experience negativity (and, along with that, more problems). Instead, you need to recognize where you are putting your energy, then let it go and turn the problem-solving over to the universe.
• Generate Possibilities - It’s human nature to want to do something when facing a dilemma. Use that energy to write your way through possible solutions to the problem you are trying to solve. If you can come up with one or two of the universe’s unlimited possibilities for working things out, then you can detach from the situation and trust that the problem solving will happen in the perfect way.
• Evaluate the Outcome - After the fact, reflect on the outcome, considering things like, "Why did this happen, and what do I need to learn from it?" Unless your problem solving efforts are effective and you learn from them, you'll just keep facing opportunities to solve the same basic problem. Wouldn’t you rather get it over with now, so you can move on to bigger and better things?
